We offer counselling and psychotherapy sessions for employees who are struggling with their mental health and well-being.
Many employees and managers are now trained as MHFAs. We can offer support for MHFAs, such as debrief sessions, group session facilitation, and 1:1 support.
Employees struggling with their mental health can be referred for a case management consultation, after which they and their employer will receive a report outlining our advised recommendations.
Mental Health Workshops – Sessions on mental health can be developed specifically for your organisation, and can be delivered at your workplace.
